In the event the physical node your VPS is on is rebooted your VPS will be offline for 5-10 minutes while the server reboots. Once the server has rebooted your VPS will come online but will most likely be sluggish while the other VPS containers are starting up. Once all the containers are online OpenVZ will revalidate the VPS quota's and you will see your VPS reboot one more time be down for less then 20-30 seconds.
