My website isn't resolving, what should I do?

You domain name should be pointed to our nameservers (ns2.bluemilecloud.net and ns3.bluemilecloud.net or ns1.fivebean.com and ns2.fivebean.com if you are a former fivebean account) and it can take 24-72 hours for all the dns servers in the world to become updated with this information, this is called propagation. There could be times when your website is resolving for some people but not for others. You can access your website using the temporary URL included with your welcome email, while the propagation is taking place. |
