How do I cancel my account?

Accounts can be cancelled by logging into your Account Manager. Once logged in click on "My Products & Services" and then the "View Details" button for the account you wish to cancel. At the bottom of the page is a "Request Cancellation" button that will take you to the form needed. Cancellations are processed within 48 hours.
If you cancel within the first 15 days and wish to be refunded please open a ticket with our billing department prior to canceling your account. Please remember the following are not refundable.
